Brett Fowler is a benchmarked member of national inter-agency councils and joint operational planning boards, providing first-hand experience and knowledge for critical decisions in national security missions. As a U.S. Cyber Warfare Operator, Brett has logged over three thousand cyber operations hours supporting numerous organizations/agencies.
Brett is currently Chief Executive Officer at Strategic Technologies Analytics Group (STAG), a privately-held cyber security firm where Brett oversees the global operations that have seen nearly 40% year over year growth. He is now spearheading a major strategic shift from transforming previously developed analytics frameworks into front end web applications that can be utilized by the average user. He continues to push the STAG team into new areas of business keeping his team ahead of the competition.
Brett is a business process manager for realistic and proven intelligence workflow tactics, incorporating agile project management frameworks to hard problem sets. He is knowledgeable in national security programs and procedures, which are aligned to requirements, needs, schedule and budget. Additionally, he is a results-driven leader and educator in signal and cyber Intelligence, joint operations, surveillance and reconnaissance closing gaps for the most advanced and imminent national security threats.
Brett takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development from beginning-to-end. A dynamic, passionate, and proven leader in both the cyber operations and intelligence communities. Brett holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Utica College, New York. He has presented at numerous conferences and bodies on topics spanning form vulnerabilities in space architecture to artificial intelligence applications in network defense. He lives in San Antonio with his wife Jennifer and two daughters.
